LoopFollow 6.x no longer supports Nightscout Careportal as a remote command path; remote control is exclusively via direct APNS to Loop or Trio. Drops the dedicated Nightscout remote control page and its orphaned images, prunes references throughout the rest of the docs, and notes the removal near the Trio remote control content and in the version compatibility / feature history sections.
