Adds agent review of before/after captures, duplicate-state investigation, reusable API request checks, and verified flow cleanup to the existing verification skills. Scenario coverage now requires an assertion of the expected result, preventing successful clicks from reading as verified behavior. Includes six evaluation scenarios, three fixtures, and source attribution without importing the bundle's company-specific tooling.
Validation: all 28 skills passed the collection validator, fixture paths resolved, and git diff --check passed. Behavioral comparisons remain unrun; installed skill copies are unchanged.
