S1 (High): This permission fix has no regression test under the restricted Team Member entitlement. Full-permission test runs cannot demonstrate that copying a sales quotation with an assemble-to-order line now succeeds, or that the RIM grants are sufficient. Please add an automated scenario that executes the copy with the Team Member permission set and verifies the quotation and associated assembly data are copied successfully.

Approved with one follow-up suggestion (S1): strengthen the regression coverage so it exercises the Team Member plan/entitlement, which is the production boundary this fix intentionally overrides.
