This PR adds scheduled validation testing on Windows 26H1 for the ProcessContainer (x64 and arm64) and WSLC (x64 only) backends.
Also removes the pointless
prereleasetag fromvalidation-test-matrix.jsonthat Copilot overzealously added a while ago.🔗 References
