Otherwise, if existingAgentAppInsightsId is specified, the existing Application Insights won't be set for the agent.

Otherwise, if existingAgentAppInsightsId is specified, and the existing Application Insights belongs to a different resource group (for example), the portal won't display it in Settings -> Basics (telemetry is emitted, however).
