Took from mirage/mirage-crypto#81, may be @hannesm would like to review it. A question arise about
digestifandmirage-cryptoand if we can share such function but I think, due to the variant layout ofdigestif, it's preferable to have it indigestifalso (digestif.ocamlwill not provide such function tomirage-cryptofor instance).Fix #167
