Are these required: dmriprep/scripts/fetch_templates.py Line 76 in 93833dd dmriprep/scripts/fetch_templates.py Line 96 in 93833dd here? Surfaces may be useful, but I am not sure whether these are simply the result of carrying over them from fMRIPrep or whether they have been left in purpose. I see that PETPrep has not removed them. |
