What I'm actually building

  • Bare-metal Talos Kubernetes on three Lenovo M700s. Cilium with Gateway API, Longhorn distributed storage, kube-prometheus-stack, cert-manager + Let's Encrypt, ExternalDNS to Cloudflare. Self-hosted Forgejo (migrated off a decommissioned GitLab CE) and self-hosted LLM agents run on the cluster.
