Implement sorption components

The approach for this is the following:

Use incompressible CoolProp wrapper to evaluate fluid properties in pure liquid phase. When p < p_sat then the equilibrium mass fraction of the solution is found. Then it is evaluated at saturation and the remaining mass fraction of water is evaluated as saturated gas using HEOS wrapper
