Timestamp Inconsistencies

First - love this thing.

Main issue: there are indications timestamps are not always accurate.

Subissues:

• On the same talkgroup there are more than 1 call that are more than a second long with the same timestamp.
• There are calls within the minute interval that add up to more than a minute in length.
• Timestamps within openmhz don't line up with timestamps in another application I use (they're usually within the same minute). Not sure which one is "right" or if they are both wrong.

I assume the timestamps in the UI mark the beginning of recording. Will try to dive into code and verify.
