Is Owncloud 11.0.0 stable

I observed that the Owncloud 11.0.0 released on July 30 on github.

However, I was wondering if this is stable release ? Because I checked the official website downloads and the new version is not listed there for download.

Awaiting for the confirmation.

"Unlike previous releases, ownCloud Classic 11 is only available as a Docker image containing the necessary libraries, such as PHP 8, as well as an embedded, preconfigured Apache web server."

So there are not tarballs on the (previously-used) download server.
