feat(ui): match the desktop loading logo size and tighten the loading copy

Summary

• Size the loading logo at 120px so it matches the Spinner on the Polkadot Desktop loading screen, which the petal paths, viewBox and animation constants already agreed with.
• Give the loading copy one voice by dropping "I found it" and "Download complete. We are preparing your app.", which were the only lines written as a person talking.
• Replace "peers" and "machine" with "computers", so the download copy uses the same word the connecting copy already uses.
• Stacked on feat: wire smoldot lifecycle events to the loading bar #146, which is where the stage messages live.
