Documentation updates

Review the documentation (including the README) as it has not been updated recently and some pieces are missing or obsolete.

From a quick look:

• Pekko support is not mentionned
• Highlights of releases 2.8+ are missing
• The different Anorm modules are not referenced
• Anorm version in the documentation is not up-to-date (see if it can be updated automatically)

Just FYI.
My personal dream is to migrate Anorm docs to Antora and add it to https://github.com/playframework/playframework.github.io, where we already have a docs for Play SOAP and Play gRPC. 😄

My first goal is about the content but I'll be happy to discuss the form and where/how to expose it. I don't have any strong opinion on this (yet). The current "single page" feels a bit hard to read, I wouldn't mind a bit more structure/hierarchy that I guess Antora could provide.

By the way, the Antora template seems a bit outdated as well, isn't it? I see references to Lightbend in the footer for instance. 😇

Yes, but at the first step, we can keep the single-page structure and just migrate this page to AsciiDoc and publish it with Antora. My personal goal is to unify and simplify maintenance, but we currently have three engines for documentation (PlayDoc, Antora and Jekyll), and I'd be happy if we could reduce this number down to two or fewer 😄

Hi,

First the docs/ directory is no longer used (and is misleading).

Then can at least update the content of the existing documentation (in the gh-pages branch currently, may be later could be moved back to docs/ but as a standalone documentation after having updated the repo settings).

Finally update the template and/or structure.
