Feature-Request: include_keys as the opposite of ignored_keys

We have a pretty big system with many locales / keys, and it would be great if we could explicitly say which keys we want to include.

Would you accept a PR for a "include_keys" feature which works like the "ignored_keys" feature?

Sure, as well as we'll be able to clearly communicate, that user can use on OR the other.

Actually it would be possible too, to use both:

include_keys: "test.all"
exclude_keys: "test.all.bigsubkey"

result: => test.all - without test.all.bigsubkey
