refactor: anchor mdImageView on the image URL run

Anchor the mdImageView mark on the image's URL run (coincident with mdLinkUri) instead of the closing ), so the inline preview paints next to the URL; the hide-mode caret-stop CSS is reworked so typing right after an image still lands after it.
