Superseded by #75, which lands prettier 3.9.6 together with the three files its formatting change touches.

This PR had been conflicting long enough that Dependabot could no longer rebase it, and on its own it would have left main failing format:check: prettier 3.9 keeps short unions on one line, which reformats packages/core/src/types.ts, packages/sieve/src/protocol.ts and packages/sieve/src/categories/correctness.ts. Those are applied in the same commit as the version bump.
