The Flight repository's mirrored ecosystem inventory remains visible on main, and README/client-guide/Superset references still point to it. Delete
docs/data-engineering-adbc-support.mdand point all three references to https://github.com/redis/redis-adbc-driver/blob/main/docs/data-engineering-adbc-support.md. Remove the stale 22-tool wording and describe the upstream inventory directly. The canonical validation update is redis/redis-adbc-driver#285. This standalone PR carries the removal commit that was pushed after #58 had already merged.
Validation: verified that the mirrored file is absent, all three references use the canonical URL, and
git diff --checkpasses. Documentation only; no runtime changes.
