Summary
Fixes #83.
Handles the post-merge StreamBus release blockers from #77: x/crypto is bumped to v0.56.0, StreamBus validates outbound payloads before sequencing, closes connections that cannot accept frames, and drops the redundant Warp replay journal.
HTTP/3 lifecycle/configuration work, write deadlines, and broader end-to-end StreamBus coverage stay separate follow-ups.
