Prepare and publish ZARD 0.0.1 #4

Publish both 0.0.1 gems using the workflow in skills/zard-release-prep/SKILL.md. The release covers parsing, the versioned model, Markdown, and lint; Rigor lens integration and formatting follow later.

Acceptance criteria

• Document versions, dependencies, changelog, isolated installation, CI, publication order, and partial failure recovery in the skill.
• Provide release notes and installation instructions.
• Pass default checks and the full Ruby CI matrix.
• Verify built gems outside the development environment.
• Obtain publication authorization; publish zard, then zard-doc.
• Tag the approved revision as v0.0.1 and create a GitHub Release.
• Verify parse, render, and lint after a fresh RubyGems installation.
• Record publication results and complete the issue and milestone.

Dependencies: #1, #2, #3 (completed).

Result

Published zard 0.0.1 and zard-doc 0.0.1 on 2026-10-11 (Asia/Tokyo). GitHub Release includes both artifacts. The tag points to 02f9911492d262bdf34bbf8cda4d213dab836698, matching the reviewed candidate from #9.

Independent Sol review approved; Ruby 3.2/3.3/3.4/4.0 CI passed. A fresh RubyGems installation passed public API/provenance checks and nine CLI scenarios, including error exit codes and no partial Markdown.
