date

Type: System.DateTimeOffset
The date.

monthOffset

Type: System.Int32
The month offset.

useLastDay

Type: System.Boolean
if set to true, the call preserves last day of the month, 2000/02/28 => 2000/01/31.

Type: DateTimeOffset
Updated date.

Usage Note
