Hi @carols10cents and the maintainers, would you mind taking a look at this PR when you have a moment ? I would like to add winget as an alternative source of installation on Windows. |

Sorry, I don't know enough about winget to know if this is appropriate to recommend. The official book is only going to recommend official installation methods. Notice the book also does not recommend homebrew for macOS or Linux distribution package managers. |
