Launch Show Your Work: seed, rehearse, cover, first ship, weekly routine #238
Description
Task
Launch Show Your Work: seed the host, rehearse one episode with a dry run, get cover art approved, prove the ship in the sandbox namespace, publish episode one, and create the weekly routine. These are plan Tasks 10–12 in docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-26-show-your-work-audio.md, and they are operational, with several human gates.
Context
The code has landed from branch claude/ai-alignment-podcast-video-c0acaa. Nothing has run against real state: ~/.config/show-your-work does not exist yet. The procedure lives in skills/show-your-work/SKILL.md under Unattended weekly run and Setup.
Motivation
The show exists only as code until it is seeded, rehearsed and shipped once by hand.

- After the first publish, the daily, Frontier Commits and Surface Tension manifests must be byte-identical to before.
- Land Harden Show Your Work's unattended edges (8 parked review items) #236's C1-class items first if they are still open. The seed makes URL identity sticky.
Acceptance criteria

- Cover art is committed at
skills/show-your-work/refs/cover.jpg, square and at least 1400 px. - Episode one is live: the mp3 returns HTTP 200, the new manifest has a
syw-week-of-*entry, and the other three manifest hashes are unchanged. - The weekly routine is created on a day that shares no TTS window with the other shows, and a memory records it.
Out of scope
- The video stage (separate issue).
- The cortech.online page (fix: re-accepting a Show Your Work write drops its own term beats #256).
