docs: credit music exports to Schmug - #255

The owner asked for music credits to use their handle. Change exported_by in both music PROVENANCE.json files from "Cory Rothwell (schmug)" to "Schmug". Follows #254. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The owner asked for music credits to use their handle, Schmug. Follows #254, which kept these two lines back pending that decision.
