check_all_blocks_from_altair_to_fulustopped before Gloas and leftgloas_fork_epoch = None, tracked by the EIP-7732 TODO in #8588.Rename to
check_all_blocks_from_altair_to_gloas, schedule Gloas at epoch 12 withnum_epochs = 14so two Gloas epochs are streamed, keep Heze disabled, and assert the streamed range includes Gloas blocks.Fixes #8588
