Description: Implemented full PWA support including manifest.json, service worker registration, and mobile meta tags. This allows SoroSave to be installed on Android, iOS, and Desktop.
Note: Work completed via Antigravity agent. Maintainers, please clarify the bounty reward for this implementation.
