Preprocessing

https://github.com/w3c/uievents has a custom build.py script which does some preprocessing on include files and then runs bikeshed. Can this be supported, or is that a security issue?

I have post-processor steps for Web IDL which I believe is local but runs asynchronously. Maybe this could be generalized a bit?

I guess if the script to run is in the target repo, PR preview needs to either bail if those scripts are modified, or always use the script in the main branch.

I don't know if there are other specs that need this. An alternative would be to remove the custom build script in uievents and not have markdown tables.
