Lets a self-hosted instance restrict itself to a set of GitHub organizations (or user accounts) via a new ALLOWED_ORGS environment variable. Unset, nothing changes: the app runs for every installation, as before.

This is kind of sad, tbh.

It is just an option to avoid filling up the bucket with unwanted documents if one wants to hosts their own instance of pr-preview.
It would be best if we could control the list of orgs allowed to install the GitHub app but GitHub doesn't offer that option.
