This pull request fixes an issue where a site whose URLs contain underscores could still score 100 in the SEO report.

This was happening because the NoUnderscoresInUrl rule didn't define any points, so its failures never deducted anything from the score.

This PR fixes it by giving the rule points via the DeductsPointsForFailingPages trait, the same way #669 did for the ideal length rules.
