First ordinary roster edit under spec 003: the shared native packages repo (the @statecrafting/* napi addons and the Encore toolchain) is the eleventh member, appended after trust-window. Derived shards recompiled.

First ordinary roster edit under spec 003: the shared native packages repo (the @statecrafting/* napi addons and the Encore toolchain) joins as the eleventh member, appended after trust-window in both the spec 003 section 3 table and app/lib/product-family.ts, so the footer, index family section, and repoMeta lookup pick it up.
The recompile also caught a stale derived artifact: the codebase-index by-package shard was still named stagecraft-ing.json from before the package rename; it is now statecrafting.json.
Gates: compile, index, lint --fail-on-warn, index check, and couple --base origin/main all green locally; no waiver needed (this is exactly the edit shape spec 003 exists for).
