Thanks @mideou. Two separate things here:

Polar Grid options: a click on the canvas with the Polar Grid tool now opens a dialog for the size and the concentric and radial divider counts (#1192, merged today, in the next release). The skew sliders, Create Compound Path From Ellipses and Fill Grid aren't there yet; I'll leave this open for those.

Pen tool: could you say a bit more about what you expect it to stick to? For example: clicking on an existing path to add a point to it, continuing an open path from its end point, or snapping a new point to another shape's anchors or edges (that last one needs View › Smart Guides or Snap to Point on). A short screen recording or the steps would help; the VectorCraft version too.

@mideou the rest of the Polar Grid options landed in #1394 and will be in the next release (the Rectangular Grid tool got its matching ones too):

    • Click the canvas with the Polar Grid tool: the dialog now has a Skew slider under Concentric Dividers (Inside–Outside) and under Radial Dividers, Create Compound Path From Ellipses and Fill Grid.
    • The choices stay with the tool, so dragging out a grid afterwards uses them as well.

One caveat: how far a given skew percentage pushes the dividers, and the direction of the radial skew, are our own choice for now, so a grid may not match one made elsewhere at the same number. If something looks off to you, a screenshot of what you expected would help.

Still missing here: the reference point locator in the dialog, and opening it by double-clicking the tool.

I'm leaving this open for the Pen tool part: could you describe what you expect it to stick to (see the questions above)?
