Adds a check for the architecture topology so we keep it up to date.

It already started to drift a little bit.

🏗️ Architecture check

Checks that require() calls between modules follow the layer rules in scripts/dependency-topology/topology.jsonc (entry → dispatch → services/UI → server/protocols; shared helpers usable everywhere).

Compared origin/main → HEAD.

Before After Δ
Imports breaking layer rules 3 0 -3
Import loops 1 0 -1
Modules in largest loop 6 0 -6
Modules without a layer 0 0 +0

Imports between modules: +6 / -5

✅ No new problems

Fixed layer-rule breaks (3)

  • [no_infra_to_capabilities] opencode.protocols.v1.observation → opencode.config_file
  • [no_capabilities_to_entry] opencode.ui.session_diff → opencode.keymap
  • [no_capabilities_to_entry] opencode.ui.session_diff.comment_input → opencode.keymap

Run locally: make topology-check

Defer protocol message defaults to messaging service
Increase timeout windows and wait for explicit conditions in protocol runtime and session tab strip tests.
