Print token expiration for fly auth docker. - #5038

It's not obvious that the tokens used by `fly auth docker` are time-limited and it's even less obvious what that time limit is. To fix that, this PR teaches `fly auth docker` to print the macaroon's expiration time. Fixes #5037.
