I build digital systems that work — under real constraints, at scale, for people who depend on them.
10+ years delivering production systems across humanitarian, development, and private-sector contexts. Six years with UNICEF contributing to Digital Impact programmes across humanitarian and development contexts globally. Currently leading digital transformation at Laiterie Du Berger in Dakar — architecting enterprise integrations, deploying AI solutions in production, and building the systems that connect people, data, and decisions.
I approach every project with the same question: does this actually work for the people it's built for?
- DataBridge — AI-assisted programme reporting tool built for UNICEF WCARO: extracts data from INFORM, uses an LLM to draft narratives and suggest charts, with Langfuse observability and a metadata-only/no-PII architecture as a privacy-by-design safeguard. Built in Python/FastAPI.
- Enterprise Service Bus — architected and operating a production n8n ESB connecting 5+ enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, CRM) over REST, SOAP, and Kafka — retiring manual hand-offs across manufacturing, logistics, and commercial operations at Laiterie Du Berger
- CKA certification — Certified Kubernetes Administrator in progress
- Field deployment — KoboToolbox/INFORM, RapidPro, MDM, Moodle deployed in DRC, Mali, Togo, Chad, Senegal under humanitarian constraints
- Rapid deployment under pressure — repeatedly stood up production systems for country offices on tight timelines, in low-connectivity, data-sensitive field environments, with full handoff documentation and team enablement
- AI applications — LLM integration, document extraction, privacy-by-design architecture, human-in-the-loop systems
- Integration depth — ESB architecture, REST/SOAP/Kafka, ETL pipelines, multi-system connectivity
- M&E & results-based management — real-time monitoring dashboards, data-quality pipelines, and programme reporting tools aligned to RBM frameworks across UNICEF programmes
- Cross-functional leadership — led digital transformation roadmaps, coordinated vendors, HR, IT, and programme teams, and built capacity in teams that outlast the engagement
- Capacity building & sustainability — 100+ government staff trained, standardized toolkits adopted by UNICEF Country Offices as default templates
- End-to-end ownership — from problem definition to production monitoring
