Add architecture docs for TON IDE 2.0, agent roles, MCP registry, and skills for contract, jetton, DeFi, frontend, and security workflows. Phase 1: agent-api (Hono), tool registry, services layer, AgentPanel with tool loop, patch approval, context builder, webpack/nginx proxy. Phase 2: Tolk language support, Jetton and AMM project templates, MCP ton-api and ton-docs endpoints.
