Cannot choose to select custom domain as a "send" option

Describe the bug

I have a custom domain, however using the webmail.thundermail.com, I cannot send emails using my custom domain as it is not made available from the selection menu.

To Reproduce

Try and send an email using webmail - from the custom domain.

@Sancus I think this may have been fixed with your latest improvements to the identity management within contacts? Unsure if this was something separate though

Yea this is another duplicate of #131. People can now add the identity themselves. Stalwart 0.16 will also do a better job of aligning these automatically when we get there, but for now identity managerment is the solution.
