…e users to free model picker - Seeds openrouter/free router used by the onboarding starter. - Adds current OpenRouter free-tier model IDs verified via /api/v1/models: google/gemma-4-*:free, openai/gpt-oss-20b:free, nvidia/nemotron-*:free, cohere/north-mini-code:free, poolside/laguna-*:free, inclusionai/ling-3.0-flash:free, tencent/hy3:free. - Updates the OpenRouter starter modal caution and adds a 'Browse free models' link to https://openrouter.ai/models?max_price=0 so users can pick a specific free model instead of relying solely on the dynamic router.

openrouter/freemodel so the PR #440 onboarding starter path can reuse the catalog entry instead of creating it on first setup.
