When you send a point to a chat with a bot added, the bot reacts to it and tries to download something, that is, it just spams if you send points.

Moreover, this works even if not just a period is sent, but even if the whole text with a period at the end of the message is specified.

For some reason the bot also reacts to links like https://github.com/coddrago or similar ones, where there is no media, shouldn't there be a check for the presence of media initially?
the same Altair first checks whether there is media in the link and only then sends a message about downloading, accordingly, if there is no media, it simply ignores the link

nope, that should be decided by the cobalt instance used, which could add support for any link. i can make the bot omit error.api.link.invalid in group chats though.
