chore(renovate): never auto-merge .python-version bumps - #35

Renovate's pyenv manager resolves .python-version against docker tags and the shared preset auto-merged 3.13 -> 3.14 alone, leaving pyproject, the flake and CI on 3.13 in cambr and mcp-score. Hold those for a human so the interpreter moves together with the rest of the repo. pyenvmanager auto-merged the.python-versionbump to 3.14 in cambr and mcp-score on its own, while pyproject, flake.nix and CI stayed on 3.13 (aligned today in tskovlund/cambr#56 and tskovlund/mcp-score#85).
