In-range update of every dependency, which clears the three open Dependabot alerts (http-cache-semantics 4.3.0, fast-uri 3.1.8, brace-expansion 5.0.12). Also moves devbox from pnpm 9.15.3 to 10.34.5 to match the packageManager pin, since the old store layout made pnpm refuse to run inside devbox.
