Add AGENTS.md defining the Lode Coding workflow and scaffold the lode/ knowledge base: project summary, terminology, practices, lode-map, architecture (plugin system, bot lifecycle), core (storage), plugins inventory, util helpers, and plans. This matches the Lode Coding setup used across the org's other repos.
