Cuiteur is a PHP-based social networking project developed as part of an academic endeavor at the University of Franche-Comté, Sciences and Techniques. Inspired by Twitter, Cuiteur aims to provide users with a platform to express themselves, share thoughts, and connect with others in a concise and real-time manner.
