about #163 : with 1.3.2, error reporting is now fine 👍

I have found some errors :

Il you have many toml (more like /srv/data_app_pingap/config/cnt_ollama.toml) ... then do not edit config in WebUi

Also see an error web version display 0.13.1 .... not same --version 0.13.2 :

1. Version mismatch — confirmed bug, mechanism as above. Not yet fixed, needs its own change.
2. Multi-TOML editing — ask them to upgrade to 0.13.8. migrate_layout will convert the hand-partitioned directory to the canonical layout at startup and report which files it retired. Tell them to back up the config directory first, since the migration rewrites and renames files. If startup then fails with "holds more than one layout and no longer parses", they already edited via the UI on 0.13.2 and the directory has duplicate tables — they'll need one manual merge of the files named in the error.
3. Ask for the error text from the screenshots. If it isn't a duplicate-key/parse failure, my first diagnosis is wrong and needs revisiting.
