Tables with three or more unlabelled notes lose intermediate notes in LaTeX/PDF output because TeX collapses the space-only note identifiers. Use repeated empty TeX groups as distinct, invisible identifiers for both unnamed and mixed named/unnamed note lists.
Adds regression coverage for four unlabelled notes and mixed notes, updates the existing LaTeX snapshot, and adds a Development NEWS entry thanking @retodomax. HTML and Typst renderers are unchanged.
Validation:
make check: 0 errors, 0 warnings, 0 notes.save_tt()using pdfLaTeX, XeLaTeX, and LuaLaTeX on Linux; PDF text extraction confirmed every note in all six PDFs.Fixes #692.
