…of sgl ctx.pipeline holds render.Pipeline since gg moved to its pure-V renderer, so sgl.load_pipeline no longer type-checks. Route all immediate-mode draws through ctx.r and pass ctx explicitly where helpers previously relied on global sgl state. Work around a V checker panic on match-arm additions of the form content.x + content.width by hoisting the selectors to locals. Add ui_custom_rendering_test.v regression coverage and run it with the flag in CI.

Adds reusable Flutter-inspired UI components (card, divider, chip, badge, FAB, app bar, scaffold, bottom nav, drawer, snack bar, list tile) with VML tags, IDE palette integration, and an optional visual debug overlay. Also fixes V 0.5.2 compilation issues in chart.v and examples.
