The /boot folder is missing so dracut cannot build the initramfs.

From the GitHub Actions build of the last push (https://github.com/warewulf/warewulf-node-images/actions/runs/14047489050/job/39331344599#step:8:636)

#12 44.22 dracut: Can't write to /boot: Directory /boot does not exist or is not accessible.
