Summary
This PR improves the clarity and consistency of the optimization configuration documentation.
Several options previously described default values in sentence form (e.g. "enabled in production and disabled otherwise"), which can be harder to scan and less consistent across the page. This update standardizes those sections by introducing mode-based tables (
development, production, none) to clearly present default values. This makes the documentation easier to read, more structured, and consistent with modern documentation practices.
What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Did you add tests for your changes?
No. This PR only affects documentation and does not introduce or modify any runtime code.

No. This change is purely documentation-related and does not affect functionality.
If relevant, what needs to be documented once your changes are merged or what have you already documented?
All relevant documentation updates are included in this PR. No additional follow-up documentation is required.
