Summary

This PR improves the clarity and consistency of the optimization configuration documentation.

Several options previously described default values in sentence form (e.g. "enabled in production and disabled otherwise"), which can be harder to scan and less consistent across the page. This update standardizes those sections by introducing mode-based tables (development, production, none) to clearly present default values.

This makes the documentation easier to read, more structured, and consistent with modern documentation practices.

Fixed MDX syntax issues (table formatting, spacing, and invisible characters) that were causing the Vercel build to fail. The preview should now build successfully.
