What

Adds the IOS (23-ID-2) row to the NSLS-II table on docs/deployments/index.md, placed between CSX and XPD to match the beamline-list order.

Why

The IOS scaffold (#387) registered the beamline in deployments/nsls2/site.yaml and the mkdocs.yml nav but omitted its landing-index row, so the deployments index silently dropped it. This is the follow-up fix noted during the HEX deployment (#390).

Verification

make docs-build (mkdocs build --strict) exits 0; the new ios/index.md link resolves.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

The IOS (23-ID-2) scaffold (#387) registered the beamline in the nsls2 site
list and the mkdocs nav but did not add its row to the NSLS-II table on
docs/deployments/index.md, so the landing index silently omitted it. Add the
row, placed between CSX and XPD to match the beamline-list order, in the
established style. Docs-only; mkdocs --strict builds clean.
