Welcome to LiveLens! This guide will help you download, install, and set up your first streaming session in just a few minutes.

- Android Version: Android 10 or higher (Required)
- RAM: 4GB minimum (6GB+ recommended)
- Storage: 100MB free space for app
- Camera: Any camera with recording capability
- Microphone: Built-in or external
- Android Version: Android 12+
- RAM: 8GB or higher
- Processor: Snapdragon 888 or equivalent
- Storage: 256GB+ for high-bitrate recording
- Network: 10+ Mbps upload speed for streaming
- Tapย "Test Connection"
- LiveLens will check your internet speed
- If successful, you're ready to stream!
Note: Make sure you have 10+ Mbps upload speed
- Go toย "Audio Settings"
- Enable:
- โ ย Microphoneย - Your voice
- โ ย System Audioย - Game/music audio
- Adjust levels as needed
- ย Internet connection is stable (10+ Mbps upload)
- ย Camera is positioned correctly
- ย Microphone is not blocked
- ย Lighting is good
- ย Your scene is ready
- ย RTMP settings are configured
Select your sceneย from the home screen
Tapย "Go Live"ย button (big red button)

LiveLens will:
- Connect to your streaming platform
- Start encoding your scene
- Begin transmitting to the platform
Watch your previewย on screen
Monitor audio levelsย with the audio meters
Adjust sources in real-timeย if needed
- ๐ค Tap sources to hide/show them
- ๐ Watch bitrate/FPS at the top
- ๐ Monitor audio levels
- ๐๏ธ Adjust settings in real-time
- ๐ฌ Switch between overlays if needed
- Tap theย "Stop"ย button (red stop icon)
- LiveLens will end the broadcast
- You can review the session stats
- Good Lightingย - Better lighting = better quality
- Stable Internetย - Wired connection is better than WiFi
- Close Other Appsย - Free up RAM for smoother streaming
- Lower Resolution if Laggingย - 720p at 60 FPS is better than 1080p at 30 FPS
- Duplicate Scenesย - Copy a scene to create variations
- Import/Exportย - Save scenes as JSON backups
- Scene Templatesย - Use pre-made templates
- Test Mic Firstย - Check audio levels before going live
- Use External Micย - Better quality than built-in
- Noise Suppressionย - Enable if background noise is high
- Monitor in Headphonesย - Wear headphones to check quality
- Landscape Modeย - More stable for streaming
- Airplane Modeย - Close WiFi only, keep mobile data for calls
- Avoid Notificationsย - Turn off notifications during stream
- Charge Deviceย - Keep battery above 50% during stream
Problem: "App not installed" error

Solution:
- Clear your Downloads cache
- Check storage space (100MB+ needed)
- Try re-downloading the APK
Problem: "Unknown app" permission denied

Solution:
- Go to Settings โ Security
- Enable "Unknown Sources"
- Use file manager to install, not browser
Problem: Camera/Microphone not working

Solution:
- Go to Settings โ Apps โ LiveLens โ Permissions
- Enable Camera and Microphone
- Restart LiveLens
Problem: Can't record/save files

Solution:
- Grant Storage permission
- Check if phone storage is full
- Free up at least 1GB space
Problem: "Connection failed" error

Solution:
- Check internet speed (10+ Mbps needed)
- Try using WiFi instead of mobile data
- Verify RTMP URL is correct
- Restart the app
Problem: Stream keeps disconnecting

Solution:
- Lower bitrate by 1-2 Mbps
- Reduce resolution or FPS
- Move closer to WiFi router
- Close other apps using internet
Problem: Audio not working in stream

- Tap microphone icon to enable

Step 3๏ธโฃ: Install the APK Open your Downloads folder or file manager Find the LiveLens APK file Tap on it to start installation Tap "Install" when prompted Wait for installation to complete Step 4๏ธโฃ: Grant Permissions Open LiveLens from your app drawer Grant the following permissions when prompted: โ Camera - For recording video โ Microphone - For capturing audio โ Storage - For saving scenes and recordings โ Overlay (if asked) - For floating controls Tip: You can grant these later in Settings โ Apps โ LiveLens โ Permissions
Step 5๏ธโฃ: Launch LiveLens Tap on LiveLens icon to open the app You're ready to go! ๐ โ๏ธ Initial Setup (2 minutes)

Welcome Screen When you open LiveLens for the first time, you'll see the Welcome Setup:

Select Canvas Size Choose your default canvas size:
16:9 - For desktop/laptop displays (YouTube, Twitch) 9:16 - For vertical/mobile streams (Instagram, TikTok) You can change this later in Settings
- Configure Audio Input Select your audio sources:
Microphone - Your device's built-in mic System Audio - Audio from other apps Both - Microphone + System audio (recommended) Audio will be automatically handled, but you can customize later
- Notification Settings Allow or disable notifications:
Live notifications (optional) Stream status alerts (recommended) 5. Done! โจ Your LiveLens is now configured and ready to use!
๐ฌ Create Your First Scene Step 1: Open Scene Editor From the Home screen, tap "+" button Select "Create New Scene" Give your scene a name (e.g., "My First Stream") Step 2: Add a Camera Source In the scene editor, tap "Add Source" Select "Camera" Choose your camera (Front or Back) Tap "Add" The camera feed will appear on the canvas Step 3: Resize & Position Tap and drag the camera feed to move it Pinch and zoom to resize Rotate using the rotation handle (if available) Tip: Use alignment guides to center your content
Step 4: Add a Text Overlay Tap "Add Source" again Select "Text" Enter your text (e.g., "My Channel" or your name) Tap "Add" Step 5: Style Your Text Select the text layer Tap the brush icon to customize: Font size Color Font family Transparency Shadow/effects Step 6: Preview Your Scene Tap "Preview" to see how it looks The preview shows exactly what will be streamed Make adjustments as needed Step 7: Save Your Scene Tap "Save" or use the back button Your scene is now saved and ready! ๐ Configure Streaming Step 1: Go to Streaming Settings From the Home screen, tap โ๏ธ Settings Scroll down and select "Streaming" Step 2: Enter RTMP URL Get your RTMP URL from your platform:
Twitch: Settings โ Stream โ Primary Stream Key YouTube: Go Live โ Stream URL + Stream Key Facebook: Videos โ Go Live โ Stream Key Custom RTMP: From your server Paste the URL in RTMP URL field
Step 3: Configure Stream Settings Setting Recommended Details Resolution 1080p (if supported) Higher = better quality but more resources FPS 60 (if device supports) 30 FPS is safer for older devices Bitrate 4-5 Mbps Higher = better quality, needs faster internet Keyframe Interval 2 seconds Leave default unless you know what you're doing Encoder H.264 H.265 is better but less compatible Step 4: Test Your Connection Tap "Test Connection" LiveLens will check your internet speed If successful, you're ready to stream! Note: Make sure you have 10+ Mbps upload speed
