Problem
Estimator runs had no repeatable PostgreSQL comparison for TPC-H and JOB.
Changes
Added PostgreSQL loaders, indexes, collectors, JOB probe generation, and q-error comparison plots.
How do you know it works?
Python syntax checks, shell checks, focused regression tests, and PostgreSQL schema and index validation passed.
