Align both gems at 0.0.1 and add a usage guide, packaged example, integration checks, release notes, and release preparation skill.

Include pending declaration-modeling support for ownership, modifiers, builders, removal/replacement, attribute aliases, and module functions. Preserve private constant visibility and enclosing container ownership during replacement; handle dynamic undef names without crashing.

Validation on 4c3e4b0ef16ba7fe18e90eeaeb68229f41726932:

  • 206 tests and 563 assertions passed, with no failures, errors, or skips.
  • Standard, RBS, both gem builds, skill validation, and diff checks passed.
  • Isolated installations passed public API/provenance checks and nine CLI scenarios.
  • Ruby 3.2/3.3/3.4/4.0 CI passed; independent Sol review approved.

Publication, tagging, and the GitHub Release remain in #4.

APPROVE by an independent gpt-6.1-sol reviewer on 4c3e4b0ef16ba7fe18e90eeaeb68229f41726932, without implementation history. No remaining findings.

Three initial blockers (private constant visibility, stale container references, and dynamic undef) were fixed with six regression tests. The reviewer confirmed the fixes, static checks, package contents, and nine installed CLI scenarios.

The reviewer sandbox blocked temporary-directory creation in 13 tests. The parent run passed all 206 tests and 563 assertions; Ruby 3.2/3.3/3.4/4.0 CI also passed on the reviewed SHA.
